EchoView CICS Course and Special Event Recording Request Form

Please use this form to request recordings for courses or special events held in CICS EchoView-equipped classrooms.   These rooms are CICS Building, Rms. 140 and 142.  Recordings use cameras that are built into these rooms, and capture video shown via the room's projector, and audio through the room's A/V system.

Note: If you are scheduled to be using University spaces equipped with EchoView capability, please request an EchoView recording for those spaces via SPIRE:

EchoView recording requests generally take 3-5 business days to complete.  After your request has been processed, you will receive an email from the primary scheduler, TBD.

If you want to request a recording for regular class meetings, please specify this on the form.
