Room Reservations

To request a Manning CICS conference room, event space, or technical assistance in rooms CS150, CS151, or LRGC A112, please complete and submit the following form. By submitting this form, you are acknowledging:

  • Room requests will be processed during normal business hours and may take up to 24 hours for a response. Whenever possible, room requests should be submitted with enough lead time to ensure room availability.
  • Events should not be advertised in any given space before the room is confirmed.
  • Conference rooms and event spaces must be left in an orderly state for the next user. This includes removing all food or debris, wiping down tables, and rearranging tables and chairs to their previous state.
  • All Manning CICS room bookings may be bumped by any of the college's deans or the faculty chair. Bumped events will be informed by the room booking team and replacement spaces will be booked if possible.
  • All after-hours room requests must have a faculty, staff person, or key-holding graduate student in attendance.

If you have any further questions or would like to cancel a reservation, please email room-reservations@cs.umass.edu.
